If your console no longer loads games properly, you may need to replace the entire drive. The drive is complete with laser and drive board. However, please note that installing a replacement drive is not that easy. The board from your original drive is removed and installed in the drive we supply. To do this, you must either unsolder and re-solder 2 cables, or alternatively cut them, reconnect them and insulate them with insulating tape.

Please note: This drive is only compatible with Xbox Series X. The drive has been completely refurbished.

To ensure that you install the drive correctly, we recommend that you look for a suitable video on YouTube that shows you step by step how to remove and install the drive.
