The polarizer is placed between LCD and Frontglas and takes care for the correct display.Without polarizer, nothing would be shown on the screen. Unfortunately these films get often damaged when separating the frontglas. The smallest scratch will be later seenable on the display, so the film needs to get exchanged.

You need this part for refurbish displays. Therefore you need:

Frontglas
Polarizer
OCA-glue sheet
middle frame
